The 3B Box for September 2016
3B stands for beauty beyond borders. It is a monthly beauty subscription from Asia for $12 with shipping included. It includes deluxe and full size samples of what’s new in the beauty world from Asia. Typically about 4-5 beauty products in pouch.
Here is the info card that comes with the subscription. Very helpful in giving you information on the products included and directions on how to use them.
This month comes with one full size product and 4 deluxe samples size products.
First up is Welcos Aloe Vera Moisture Real Soothing Gel. I’ve been using this product on my facial and body skin as well as my hair. My husband loves it in his hair, it doesn’t leave it greasy, gives his hair a natural hold. It’s got a real nice fresh clean scent and gives a cooling effect. Good news, this is alcohol free and good for you ingredients such as 98% organic aloe vera, cucumber extract and vitamin E.
Heimish All Clean Balm This cleansing balm turns into oil as you massage it into your skin getting rid of makeup and impurities. Keeps skin moist and hydrated after you’ve rinsed. But, I still follow the double cleansing method with a foaming face wash. This product is paraben, artificial coloring and and artificial fragrance free. It contains shea butter, botanical oils and coconut extract. The balm smells like sherbert! 🙂
Skin79 Super Blemish Balm Triple Functions This BB cream I am very familiar with. This BB cream is very very popular in Korea. It has a brightening effect, helps with improving wrinkles and spf 30. It leaves a nice matte powdering finish so it’s great for combination skin. But I have dry skin and I use this product all the time. I use it as my go to makeup, I also have used it under foundation for spf coverage. It contains Bromelin that aids with prevention of excessive sebum, Sepicalm S that helps soothe skin from external factors, Pink Blooming Complex, Acerola Extract formulated Vitamin C to aid with dull skin for a bright complexion. The only down side is that it comes with one shade. I thought it would be too light for my skin but it oxidizes and blends well to my light, nc20 shade.
Here is a swatch of this BB cream. It looks really light but it does oxidize.
I am very familiar with this line. As I love honey and will try all the honey products I can find. I love how the whole line smells so fresh and clean and to tell you the truth it truly smells like Dial soap. I did do a review on this starter kit last year, please check it out here.
Etude House Honey Cera Priming Eye Serum this product has a whitening function to help brighten dark circles and smooths the eye area. The full size product comes with a metal applicator giving the skin a cooling effect as it is applied.
Etude House Honey Cera Cream is a firming and nourishing cream for dry skin. It is not like the translucent typical honey creams that are out there. This is a nice moisturizing cream that doesn’t leave your face sticky at all, blends real well into the skin and leaves it really nice and soft.
For more information on this lovely subscription check out The 3B Box. To go directly to the signup/waiting list click here. I only had to wait like 2-3 months and I was out of the waiting list. Definitely worth the wait!
